AUSIT Haiku Competition 2022: Winner

I'm proud to announce that I won the AUSIT Haiku competition for 2022! I submitted two submissions, and one of them seemed to have impressed the judges enough to win. I have previously translated Japanese haiku and poetry, as well as tried to write my own haiku in English and Japanese "just for fun!"

I am honoured to have been selected as the winner among so many impressive entries. This win has motivated me even more to refine my writing and also translation skills in haiku and other forms of Japanese poetry.
